Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I believe that mental health is just as important as our physical health. Reaching out for help is often the hardest step in our journey towards wellness, so if you are reading this you took the first step towards a healthier you! I work with ages 18+.

My approach to therapy

I do not believe in cookie-cutter therapy. Everyone has their own unique experiences and perspectives. Because of this, I try to focus on the best approach for each individual. It is very important to me that we communicate openly and that you feel respected and comfortable in our relationship. If we work together, I will be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I start every therapeutic relationship with an initial session where you'll have the opportunity to share about yourself, your concerns and/or issues, and your goals, as well as time for you to get to know me and answer any questions you may have. My goal in our relationship is to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel safe/comfortable enough to be vulnerable. From there on I will be with you on your journey towards wellness!
