I offer an eclectic blend of traditional talk therapy along with approaches like CBT, DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and experiential interventions. I am Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned; promoting body acceptance, and supporting your well-being in a way that honors your individuality, rather than focusing on external standards
