Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Ryley McCallum, I'm a licensed clinical psychologist. I specialize in treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, and depression. As well as helping people navigate general life stressors.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach revolves around creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts, emotions, and concerns. By truly listening to your experiences and understanding your perspective, I strive to develop a deep connection together where we can foster a strong therapeutic alliance and work towards your individual goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a sense of empowerment and self-confidence in their ability to meet their goals and improve their well-being. I strive to match the treatment methods that I use to what fits each individual client, their struggles, and their goals. I always work from a client-centered approach and incorporate other modalities as appropriate, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure and Response Prevention, and mindfulness.
