Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes you should be able to show up as your full self in therapy. I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, identity, life transitions, and feeling stuck. I earned my master’s in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College and have worked with individuals, couples, and groups. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also feeling supported and challenged to grow.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative, but I’m also not afraid to challenge you when it can help you grow. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you understand your patterns and develop practical ways to change them. We’ll explore where your thoughts and behaviors come from while focusing on what you can do differently moving forward. I also bring humor and authenticity into the room because therapy doesn’t always have to feel clinical.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to change, and what you hope to get out of our work together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you walk in—we can identify your goals together. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and clearer about where we can go from here.
