Ryuji Yoneyama

I come from a multi-cultural home and use this life experience to work with clients from a variety of backgrounds. As a therapist I have helped address concerns within the entire family system, whether you are coming as an individual, couple, or family. I have successfully worked with children and adolescents with developmental challenges, couples with relationship struggles, and individuals learning how to thrive in a world where things work differently than they did as a child.

Together we will focus on creating goals to improve communication skills, develop mindfulness, mend relationships, create healthy boundaries, and increase your happiness/life satisfaction while decreasing the intensity and frequency of negative emotions.

You will learn how to recognize your unconscious behaviors and patterns in life that lead to negative feelings, and learn strategies and tools to take back control of your life. My approach will help you reach your individual goals, your relationship goals, or both.
