Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe that managing your mental health and emotional well-being is an essential component of holistic wellness. I provide a Humanistic and Holistic approach to counseling, working from a Social Justice, Feminist, Anti-Racism and Harm Reduction lens. I specialize in Women's Issues, Lesbian Issues, Trauma Recovery, Life Transitions, Anxiety, Depression, and the LGBTQ+ community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a warm, direct, and affirming therapeutic relationship encouraging clients to contextualize their life challenges within an understanding of their past life experiences and the societal influences that contribute to them

Additional focus areas include co-dependency and people-pleasing, narcissistic abuse, intuitive eating, alternative relationship styles, understanding of metaphysical perspectives and astrology.

What you can expect from our first session

During our work together, you will build a greater understanding of yourself, the core components of your persistent challenges, process trauma experiences at your pace and comfort level. I will also teach you many practical skills and strategies for managing your personal challenges and concerns, transforming maladaptive behavior patterns, and creating greater freedom and peace in your life.
