Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with experience providing individual therapy to adults in both private-practice and telehealth settings. My work focuses on helping clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, negative thought patterns, and a desire for greater self-awareness and personal growth. I bring a direct, approachable, and supportive style to therapy and believe clients benefit from both understanding what is getting in the way and developing practical tools to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and practical. I want therapy to be a space where you can speak openly, better understand yourself, and work toward meaningful change—not simply talk about problems week after week.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, Humanistic approaches, and other evidence-based techniques depending on your needs and goals. Together, we’ll look at patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and build healthier ways of responding to challenges. My style is supportive and nonjudgmental, while also being honest and focused on helping you make progress

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about the concerns you’re experiencing, how they are affecting your life, what you have already tried, and what you would like to be different.

We’ll begin identifying your goals and discussing what an effective treatment plan might look like for you. I aim to create a comfortable, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you can be yourself and speak openly. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming in—the first session is about gaining clarity, establishing direction, and determining how we can work together in a way that feels useful to you.
