Great to meet you!

As a provider, I bring both professional expertise and personal commitment to helping others grow and heal. Clients often tell me that they feel seen, heard, and respected in our work together, and that’s exactly my goal. I believe that change is possible for everyone, and I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they pursue it.

I hold a master degree in Social Work, I'm a licensed Clinical Social Worker, and have completed advanced training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused counseling. My education has equipped me to work with diverse populations and complex emotional challenges with empathy and confidence.

With years of experience in community mental health, social services, school-based programs, and private practice settings, I have supported individuals and families from all walks of life. My background includes working with youth, adults, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and interpersonal conflict.

I serve children, adolescents, adults, and families. My practice is inclusive and culturally responsive welcoming clients from all racial, ethnic, religious, and gender identities.

My treatment areas consist of: Anxiety and depression • Trauma and PTSD • Grief and loss • Life transitions • Family and relationship conflict • Stress management and coping skills • Self-esteem, and personal growth. The treatment areas listed above are some of the areas I provide.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Together, we’ll focus on building the insight and tools you need to move forward with purpose and strength.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are, focusing on their strengths while creating a safe space for honest reflection, healing, and growth. I recognize the impact of trauma and honor each client's lived experience.

My work is rooted in cultural humility, respect, and emotional safety. Also, I tailor my methods to the unique needs of each individual or family drawing from CBT, solution-focused therapy, strength based therapy, art therapy, talk therapy, and much more.

Lastly, my sessions focus on real tools, real conversations, and real progress, building skills clients can take into their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

Helping people leave each session with peace, purpose, and a plan. Therapy for all, walk in heavy, leave lighter with tools, clarity & hope. Counseling that empowers, heals, and helps you move forward. Holding space for your healing, growth, and everyday breakthroughs. Where healing begins, and forward motion never ends.
