Great to meet you!

I have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, relational conflicts, burnout, and distressing life transitions.

I enjoy working with BIPOC individuals, immigrants, first and second generation immigrants dealing with acculturation, racial identity, and cultural struggles. I often help my clients see themselves not only in the context of their internal psyche but also in the context of the various external systems in which they interact.

My approach to therapy

I consider it to be an honor to walk this journey alongside the clients I work with. Our work typically centers around increasing intrapersonal and interpersonal awareness of what is not conscious and to recognize what is difficult or painful. My approach is Psychodynamic, Intersectional-Feminist, and Trauma-focused psychotherapy.

Clients I serve are of diverse racial, ethnic, sexual, cultural, and gender identities and are met with compassionate, affirming, allied, and safe therapy.

What you can expect from me

I serve clients who look to expand their self-awareness, emotional intelligence and seek to uncover and process traumas and psychological wounds.
