A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and conversational. I can attune to my client's specific needs, and utilize an approach that helps them gain a deeper understanding of the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I specialize in helping people overcome anxiety disorders, OCD, and working through codependent patterns in relationships.

My goal is to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself by developing self compassion, self awareness, and self acceptance. I would like you to feel equipped with tools to help you manage and accept uncomfortable emotions, embrace your strengths and connect with your authentic self.
