Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) with a Master of Science in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. My work is rooted in evidence-based, trauma-informed care, and I am trained in EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and integrative approaches that support healing of both the mind and body.

I work with adults ages 18–80 and have experience in Trauma, Grief and Loss, Occupational Stress including EAP-related concerns.

As a multi-lingual therapist and someone who has lived and worked across diverse communities, I understand how culture, identity, and lived experience shape the healing process.

My practice is intentionally inclusive, and I warmly welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and intersections. I aim to create a space where people feel seen and safe to show up as themselves.

My approach to therapy

My clinical style is warm, steady, collaborative and solution focused. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying experiences they haven’t had room to process.

Together, we work at a pace that honors your nervous system and your story. I approach therapy as an ally and advocate, someone who will walk alongside you, hold space for the hard moments, and help you build practical tools for everyday life.

If you’re looking for a therapist who integrates evidence-based care with compassion, cultural humility, and a commitment to inclusivity and allyship, I’m here to support you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to focus on, and the type of support you’re looking for. I will ask thoughtful questions to learn about your history, strengths, and current concerns, but you’ll never be asked to share more than you’re ready for.

I will also explain my therapeutic approach and how we can tailor our work to fit your needs. The session is collaborative, paced gently, and especially supportive for clients navigating trauma, grief, or high stress.

By the end of our first meeting, I want you to feel heard, affirmed, and to have a sense of how we might work together. You can expect an inclusive, culturally responsive space grounded in compassion, respect, and allyship.
