Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker who has been in practice since 2019. As a South Asian therapist, I believe in the importance of cultural humility in care- I hope to create a space for my clients where they feel understood instead of explaining their identities or justifying their lived experiences.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy isn't a one size fits all approach, so my goal is to walk alongside you in your unique mental health journey. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship; I want you to feel comfortable bringing your authentic self to session. My therapy style is warm, curious, and compassionate. I don't shy away from using humor or directness where appropriate.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, things you have been experiencing, and what you're looking for during treatment. We'll work together to explore potential goals as well as tools and strategies that might be helpful. Throughout our time together in therapy, you can expect me to remain curious and compassionate about the things you bring to session and working to make the space feel aligned towards your goals.
