I have been working in the counseling field since 2005. I graduated from Webster University in 2011 with my Masters in counseling. I specialize in anxiety, women's issues, stress management, depression and alcohol and drug treatment.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Therapy, mindfulness and Motivational Enhancement Therapy to empower individuals to unlock their potential in order to take up a different way of life.
