Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to adults in New Jersey. My work is grounded in patience, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s story. I believe therapy is most meaningful when people are given the space to speak openly and to feel genuinely heard.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful and collaborative. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and moments of feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Together, we focus on building greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and practical ways to move through difficult experiences.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a calm and welcoming space where you can begin sharing what has brought you to therapy, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what support you’re looking for, and what you hope might feel different in your life. I may ask some questions to better understand your background and the areas that feel most important right now. Above all, the first session is about helping you feel heard and beginning to build a sense of trust as we explore how therapy can support you moving forward.
