I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey with over 10 years of experience working with all ages of adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, grief/loss, trauma, caregiver burnout, chronic illness, coping with life role transitions, and end-of-life issues amongst others. I understand how difficult life can be to navigate at times. I want to be able to listen to your specific needs and help guide you on your healing journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy incorporates various techniques to help my clients reach their goals. I use a variety of evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to name a few. I also incorporate a wide variety of holistic approaches such as Mindfulness techniques, Meditation, and Breathwork. I pull from a variety of areas as I know there's not a one size fits all approach to healing.

My hope is that with me you find a safe space each session where you can feel supported and comfortable to speak freely about what is going on in your life. I feel therapy needs to consider all parts of you including physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
