Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and owner of Sea the Light Counseling, a private telehealth based practice in New Jersey. I have years of experience working with anxiety, stress management, depression, emotional regulation, boundary setting, coping with life-role transitions, trauma, grief/loss, chronic illness, caregiver burnout, and end-of-life issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative in nature. I consider the whole person by focusing on physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual wellbeing. I utilize various evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing to name a few. Additionally, I incorporate holistic approaches into sessions, including Breathwork, Mindfulness techniques, and Meditation.

What you can expect from me

I understand how difficult life can be to navigate at times. I take the time to get to know you and create a calm and relaxed safe space, where you can speak freely about whatever it is that’s going on. My goal is to accompany you on your healing journey, and help you find the strength and resilience that you have inside to navigate a complex world, and find your way back to peace and calm.
