Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I believe therapy is a stepping stone for healing and growth. I’m dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families discover clarity, connection, and healing. With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with an additional Master’s in Psychology, my educational background provides a strong foundation in both individual and relational dynamics, and allows me to approach therapy with an understanding of how our personal experiences, relationships, and environment influence our mental and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I support clients facing a wide range of concerns—from relationship struggles and family conflict to anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping clients rebuild trust in themselves, develop stronger connections with others, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique story. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy, all while bringing a warm, compassionate presence to every session. My goal is to empower you to reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with confidence and clarity.
