Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Sabrina Constantin-Covert, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting individuals navigating substance use, mental health challenges, trauma, and significant life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work degree and have worked in residential treatment settings, providing individual therapy, facilitating therapeutic groups, and helping clients develop the skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, better understand your emotions and behaviors, and reconnect with your strengths. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients develop practical tools that support their goals.
I have a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and recovery, difficulties with self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also enjoy helping clients establish healthy boundaries, navigate identity development, build self-compassion, and develop a stronger sense of purpose.
I believe therapy is not about having everything figured out. It is about having the support and space to understand yourself, recognize your potential, and move toward the life you want to build. My goal is to meet you where you are, work alongside you at your own pace, and help you develop the confidence and tools to move forward.
