Great to meet you!

I help adults move from survival mode into grounded, authentic living. Together, we’ll work through anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and relational patterns using nervous system healing, emotional awareness, and practical tools—so you can feel safe in your body, trust yourself, and live with clarity and purpose. I'm a wife of a combat veteran & LEO, mother of two, trained birth and postpartum doula, avid functional fitness enthusiast and tactical athlete.

My approach to therapy

Working with me is a collaborative, compassionate, and deeply honest process. I meet you where you are, w/out judgment, & help you gently unravel survival patterns so you can reconnect to your body, emotions, and authentic self. I use a trauma-informed, somatic & nervous system-based approach—paired with practical tools—to help you regulate, build self-trust, and create lasting change. Progress isn't about perfection-it's about feeling safer in your body, responding instead of reacting, & living more in alignment with your values. I love working with people who are insightful, open, & ready to explore the deeper layers of their story-even if it feels scary. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just a willingness to show up and begin.

What you can expect from me

In each session, you’ll leave with a greater sense of grounding, practical tools to calm your nervous system, and clarity around your emotions and patterns. My goal is for you to feel supported, seen, and equipped with steps you can carry into everyday life.
