Great to meet you!

I’m a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for making mental health care feel approachable, personalized, and genuinely supportive. My approach blends evidence-based psychiatric care with a holistic understanding of the person behind the symptoms, because I believe treatment should fit into your life and not define it. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and the everyday stressors that can leave you feeling unlike yourself. At The Mind Ritual, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself while we work together toward feeling more like you again.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best mental health care starts with understanding the whole person, not just a diagnosis or list of symptoms. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, combining thoughtful medication management with lifestyle, behavioral, and holistic strategies when appropriate. I want you to understand the “why” behind your treatment, feel comfortable asking questions, and have an active voice in the decisions we make together. My goal is to create a treatment plan that feels realistic, individualized, and sustainable for your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you beyond what’s written in your chart. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been experiencing, your health and treatment history, and what you’d ultimately like to feel different in your day-to-day life. You can expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where there is space to ask questions, share concerns, and feel heard without feeling rushed. By the end of our visit, we’ll have a clear plan for next steps that may include medication, lifestyle or behavioral strategies, and other supports tailored to your needs.
