Great to meet you!

For more than 25 years, I've had the privilege of helping people through some of life's most difficult moments. I've worked in private practice, schools, hospice, home health, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions.

No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and hopeful about what's ahead.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and approachable, and I don't mind using humor when it helps lighten a difficult moment. I meet you where you are, build on your strengths, and help you develop practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply about getting to know each other. I want to understand what's been weighing on you, what strengths you've already built, and what you'd like life to look like moving forward. Together, we'll create realistic goals and a plan that feels achievable, so you leave with hope and a clear direction.
