Great to meet you!

Sabrina Meek is a clinical psychologist focusing on depth psychology, which considers the deep, dark, and scary stuff we instinctively hide from at the first hint of change from relationships, dreams, trauma, and more. She knows transition sucks, but it’s how we grow. No darkness is too dark and no fear is too crippling for her; she is here waiting to guide you through. Ready?

My approach to therapy

Let's break it down depending on the needs of the client, I uses a mix of clinical and depth psychological approaches with these methods: Jungian, depth perspective, psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, and motivational interviewing. My specialties are using a depth psychological perspective, depression, anxiety, dream analysis, childhood trauma, substance abuse, and all that which resides in the unknown. Ultimately, my therapy focus is to heal people in pain.

What you can expect from me

I am both a clinical & depth psychologist Thus I know the value of using traditional interventions while accessing unconscious presence in sessions is imperative to psyche healing. Why? Because addressing repressed stuff, underlying issues, i.e. the actual source of your distress which has surfaced as a mental health symptom, is the only way to heal for good. I help expose the dark so that you will clearly see the immensely enlightening power of genuine confidence, independence, and self-love.
