Great to meet you!

You may be seeking therapy because you feel overwhelmed by your emotions, disconnected from your needs, or stuck in recurring relationship patterns. You may be navigating difficult experiences, questioning how your identity or relationships affect your well-being, or finding it hard to trust yourself. I support adults through these challenges with compassionate, culturally responsive care that honors your lived experience and helps you build greater self-awareness, self-trust, and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is attachment-focused, experiential, and somatic. In accessible terms, this means we may explore how past experiences have shaped your relationships, emotions, body, and ways of responding to stress. Together, we may notice patterns, understand the protective parts of you that developed during difficult experiences, and practice relating to yourself and others with more flexibility. Our work will be collaborative, curious, and paced in a way that feels manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin getting to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any history, relationships, identities, or current circumstances that feel important. You won’t be expected to share everything right away. We’ll start identifying patterns, strengths, and areas you may want to explore, while giving you space to ask questions about my approach and the therapy process.
