Sabrina Mitchell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee and a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Indiana, Texas, and Missouri. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University, where she specialized in working with Hispanic families. Sabrina brings a wealth of experience to her practice, having worked across various settings, including:

Throughout her career, Sabrina has utilized a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Brain spotting, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). She has also conducted workshops on behavioral modifications and the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
Sabrina is passionate about advocacy and being a change agent, helping individuals and families overcome challenges related to trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and behavioral management.
