Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and know you’re not alone. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, supervised by Abby Jo Hawkins, LPC-S.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, ADHD, autism and neurodiversity, relationship concerns, substance use concerns, and adjustment difficulties.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I want to understand your unique experiences, build on your strengths, and help you develop strategies that support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know each other and creating a comfortable foundation for therapy. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re experiencing, your goals, and areas where you’d like support.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We’ll take it one step at a time and work together to determine what feels most helpful for you.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and supported.
