Great to meet you!

I'm Sabrina Morales, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Sabrina Morales Counseling. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be more than a place to talk. It's an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognize patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and develop the skills needed to create meaningful change. My approach balances compassion with honest reflection, encouraging both personal growth and accountability in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I understand that opening up to someone new can feel uncomfortable, so there’s no pressure to share everything right away. My approach is conversational, supportive, and collaborative. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while beginning to identify goals and areas you’d like to work on.
