Great to meet you!
If you're waking up already overwhelmed, managing anxiety, low mood, or a pattern you've tried to break more than once, you don't have to keep white-knuckling it on your own.
I've worked in the mental health field since 2008, specializing in anxiety, depression, and mood concerns, along with dual diagnosis support for co-occurring mental health and substance use. My background in crisis intervention and domestic violence work means I'm not thrown by the hard parts of your story, and I've spent my career alongside clients from a wide range of cultural and life backgrounds.
Most people come to me wanting two things: relief from the daily weight, and a real understanding of why they do what they do. We'll work on both, building practical footing for right now while making sense of the patterns underneath.
What clients tell me shifts first is the loneliness, the sense that they've been carrying this by themselves. From there, self-trust grows. Over time you can expect to feel steadier in your own decisions, clearer about what you will and won't accept, and more like yourself again.
