Great to meet you!

I am honored for the opportunity to be a part of your healing journey. As a licensed clinical social worker, certified addictions counselor and domestic violence professional, I have over 20 years’ experience providing supportive services to diverse populations in various environmental settings. My combined education and experience have availed me the opportunity to work in court systems, mental health, substance abuse, correctional facilities, domestic violence, hospice, and healthcare institutions. The ultimate goal is to prioritize mental health, reduce stressors and regain stabilization.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to assess the individual, comprehend the stressors while providing a strength-based clinical intervention through a client-centered perspective. It is my hope our mutual goals will align and I can be an asset to your healing journey. Our working relationship will include effective communication and listening skills in a safe and supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

In our therapeutic sessions, we will explore the challenges that led you to therapy and discuss your treatment goals. The goal is to offer a welcomed, respected and comfortable environment where you can discuss your stressors and goals in a non-judgmental environment.
