Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens in the context of safety and connection. Many of the people I work with are insightful, capable, and hard on themselves — often holding everything together on the outside while struggling internally. If that resonates, I want you to know that I see the strength it took to survive the way you did.

My work is grounded in the belief that you don’t need to be “fixed.” You may have learned to cope by staying busy, staying strong, or staying small — but those patterns made sense at one point. Together, we gently explore where they came from and whether they still serve you.

I also deeply respect the non-linear nature of healing. There is no deadline for becoming “better.” Growth unfolds differently for everyone, and part of our work is cultivating self-compassion along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and holistic. I integrate attachment-based therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic practices to support both insight and nervous system regulation.

Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, we look at the underlying patterns — how early relationships, lived experiences, and unprocessed trauma may be shaping your present. EMDR and somatic work allow us to access deeper layers of healing, especially when anxiety, trauma, or self-worth struggles feel stuck despite insight.

At the same time, I believe tools matter. I help clients build practical strategies they can use when anxiety rises or old narratives resurface. The goal is not just awareness, but self-trust — so you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected in your daily life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space that feels both grounded and attuned. I will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and honesty. Sessions may include reflection, skill-building, nervous system regulation techniques, or deeper trauma processing, depending on your needs and readiness.

Some days may feel exploratory and insight-oriented. Other days may focus on practical coping tools or processing a specific event. If we are using EMDR or somatic techniques, I will always move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.

Above all, you can expect to be met with compassion — especially in the parts of you that feel ashamed, overwhelmed, or “not enough.” Therapy with me is not about pushing you to change faster; it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels sustainable and realapproach is relational, trauma-informed, and holistic.
