Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed social worker with over 15 years of experience in education and 8 years of therapeutic experience helping children, teens, and young adults feel supported and understood. I specialize in therapy for ages 10–25, as well as autism and ADHD evaluations, and I bring experience from schools, hospitals, and community settings. My goal is to create a safe space where young people can explore their challenges, build coping skills, and grow with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each young person I work with. With children and adolescents, I often use motivational interviewing and play-based techniques to help them open up and feel comfortable. With young adults, I focus on building a genuine connection and working together to set meaningful goals. I specialize in supporting youth with disabilities and those navigating IEPs or 504 services, helping them feel accepted and empowered while developing strategies to thrive with—not in spite of—their unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to enter a warm, supportive space where they are encouraged to set goals at their own pace and feel truly heard. My goal is to help each person build coping skills, confidence, and self-understanding—especially for neurodivergent clients, who I support in embracing their strengths and seeing the world through their own unique lens rather than feeling pressure to conform.
