Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a licensed clinical therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and over five years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I’m married with three wonderful kids, and my personal journey deeply shapes how I connect with clients—especially in the areas of trauma, parenting, and women’s issues. My approach is holistic and eclectic, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Outside of therapy, I love traveling, reading, and learning about different cultures—they continually inspire and enrich my work.

My approach to therapy

I’m a therapist with a holistic and warm approach, dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to healing and growth. My eclectic style draws from various evidence-based modalities, allowing me to tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients.
