Great to meet you!

I am an experienced Licensed Psychologist who works with adults and children with a variety of mental health needs. I provide psychological evaluations, psychoeducational assessments, and individual therapy. I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and completed my residency at the CAI. My specialty includes working with individuals who need help with depression, anxiety, stress management, conduct disorder, ADHD/ADD, grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

My clients take the lead in directing the therapeutic process. As your therapist, I take a holistic therapeutic approach that is tailored to your needs and goals. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Humanistic psychology in my work. I often incorporate positive psychology and mindfulness to help clients build resiliency and become more confident while strengthening family bonds and supporting healthy relationships.
