Hi, I can’t wait to hear from you. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. My job is to provide a space for you to process your feelings, while assisting you to feel safe within our teletherapy environment. You are the expert on your life, your personal goals have value and will drive our treatment plan. My ideal patient is focused upon personal growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to always use the theoretical approach that best meets the needs of my specific client. Some of the approaches used within my practice are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and client-centered therapy. I specialize in the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, connecting my client’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to empower my clients to live successful and full lives.
