Great to meet you!
I believe mental health is connected to the whole person. Your emotional well-being is intertwined with your physical health, relationships, environment, past experiences, stress levels, and even the pace of your daily life. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work to understand the whole person, creating meaningful and sustainable change that fosters healing, restoration, and greater alignment between your values, purpose, and everyday life.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With more than a decade of clinical experience in crisis stabilization, inpatient substance use treatment, private practice, and behavioral health leadership within a correctional setting, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, mood disorders, and major life transitions, experiencing symptoms such as chronic stress, excessive worry, racing thoughts, panic attacks, burnout, grief, low self-esteem, sleep disturbances, anger, emotional numbness, relationship conflict, and feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. These experiences allow me to meet clients with compassion, clinical expertise, and practical strategies tailored to their unique needs.
