Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sabrina. I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life changes, or challenges in their relationships. I also bring personal experience as a former foster parent and adoptive parent, which has given me a deep understanding of how complicated family and childhood experiences can be. My goal is to help you find more clarity, strength, and steadiness when life feels heavy or uncertain.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel supportive, real, and useful. We’ll work together to better understand what’s going on, make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools that fit your everyday life. Clients describe me as compassionate, grounded, and easy to talk to. I want our work to feel like a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and start moving toward real change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we start getting clear on what’s been weighing on you and what kind of support you need. Over time, our work can help you feel more resilient, more self-aware, and better able to handle the ups and downs of life, family, health, and relationships with confidence.
