Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sabrina White, a counselor with a background in education and a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. My work is centered on supporting both teens and mothers as they face stress, anxiety, grief, and identity struggles.

The teenage years can be a time of growth, self-discovery, and new challenges. Whether it's the pressure of academics, friendships, family expectations, or personal struggles, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where teens of all backgrounds can freely express themselves, gain confidence, and develop healthy ways to manage stress and emotions.

Motherhood is a journey filled with love, challenges, and personal transformation. It’s easy to feel lost in the demands of caring for others while struggling with your own emotions and identity. I provide a supportive space where mothers can reconnect with themselves and find balance.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel empowered and understood, especially in difficult times. My approach is rooted in trust, empathy, and nonjudgmental support. The journey to emotional well-being is unique for each person, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you find strength, healing, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person I work with. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” in therapy, so I draw from multiple theories and techniques to best meet your unique needs. This might include exploring thoughts and patterns, focusing on emotions and relationships, or developing practical coping strategies for daily life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming and open environment where you’ll be met with understanding and support. I’ll take time to get to know you, your story, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals and begin creating a plan tailored to your needs.

I value honesty, openness, and collaboration, so you’ll always have space to share at your own pace. My role is to support you and walk alongside you, while also encouraging growth and positive change. You don’t have to have everything figured out. I’m here to help, and we’ll take the steps forward together.
