Hi! I am a trauma-informed therapist who has been working within the counseling industry since 2015.

I utilize a client-centered approach along with EMDR and attachment-focused theory to treat unresolved trauma, depression, and anxiety.

I begin each session with an introductory session, where you can share your story and your therapeutic goals. Together, we’ll work to develop a plan to achieve them. I create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters comfort and vulnerability, while also ensuring your security. In subsequent sessions, we’ll collaborate to make these goals a reality for you.
