Sachelly Ramos-Flores facilitates IFS-Informed EMDR as an LCSW. Sachelly offers virtual sessions.

"I love the mind and all of its capabilities/complexities. I believe we all have what it takes to be our own healers; we just need to learn to 'tap in' to this inner wisdom. The approach that best describes my style would be 'psycho-spiritual' - a curated blend between the psyche & the spirit. I believe that the therapeutic process is sacred and should be treated as such."

A bit about my approach to therapy

What is Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy? EMDR is an evidence-based approach that has been effective in treating various conditions such as: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, Depression & more. To enhance treatment, Sachelly integrates the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.

What is IFS? Internal Family Systems is a model that believes the psyche is divided into subpersonalities called "parts".

What you can expect from our first session

IFS-informed EMDR can benefit those interested in: addressing self-limiting beliefs, performance enhancement, improving confidence, & self-actualization. In session, we incorporate workbooks, movement, breathwork, and meditation as tools to enhance your treatment. Sessions are tailored to you & your learning style!
