Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins when you feel truly seen, understood, and safe to be yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both evidence-based therapy and mind–body awareness.

Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, or individuals navigating life transitions who feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.

Together, we’ll explore not just what’s happening in your mind, but how your body and emotions respond — so you can reconnect with clarity, calm, and confidence.

I bring curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humor to each session. My goal is to help you slow down, breathe, and find the insight and direction that’s already within you.

My approach to therapy

I practice integrative therapy, combining evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Somatic awareness with trauma-informed and relational approaches.

I also draw from spiritual and existential perspectives when appropriate — exploring meaning, values, and purpose as part of emotional healing.

My clinical training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and background in coaching allow me to support both deep emotional processing and practical, forward movement.

Populations I work with include adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space to exhale and begin safely unpacking what’s been weighing on you. I’ll listen deeply to your story, clarify your goals, and help you feel grounded and supported.

You can expect a blend of conversation and gentle exploration — we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, identify what’s working or not working in your life, and begin outlining a path forward that feels realistic and empowering.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a sense of direction, tools to begin using right away, and hope that change is truly possible.
