Great to meet you!

Hello All!

As a LSCSW I have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in correctional, school, and psychiatric settings; while providing mental health services tailored for each individual. I help identify and navigate all of life's endless transitions and challenges. My style is warm, honest, culturally responsive, and judgment-free. Together, we will build self-love, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, recognize behaviors that may be holding you back, and explore healthier perspectives that support meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I meet each client where they are at in the moment of our conversation. I am supportive, calm, and direct in nature.

I like to ask questions to understand you better - I believe that I don't know best, and know you in face do, even when it isn't realized, but sometimes we need an outer perspective for us to realize that.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know one another and beginning to build trust. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your needs, and identify the goals you would like to work toward. Together, we will create a personalized plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. Before ending, we will review what we discussed, use grounding techniques if needed, and establish a clear direction for our next session.
