Great to meet you!

Dr. Beaulieu is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 10 years of experience. I provide teletherapy through a secure online portal that allows individuals to connect with me from virtually anywhere. She is currently licensed in the following states Louisiana and Texas.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Dr. Beaulieu's theoretical orientation is an integrated approach however, she does incorporate a variety of other styles and techniques depending on the client’s individual needs. These include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Dr. Beaulieu is committed to working with culturally diverse individuals and also has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults within the mental health field.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will be invited to share their reasons for coming to therapy, pertinent historical experiences and provide honest information to help me as their counselor to assess their situation.

Clients will be provided with some homework(i.e. worksheets) to complete after a session. This homework is to aid them in achieving their goals.
