Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Sade, a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping adolescents, teens, and young adults navigate life's challenges. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling and have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and identity exploration. I also enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals and neurodivergent clients, creating an affirming space where they can feel seen, supported, and empowered. My goal is to help each client feel understood while providing the support they need to grow, heal, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative, meaning we'll work together to identify your goals and create a plan that fits your unique needs. I also use Adlerian therapy to explore how past experiences and relationships have shaped you while focusing on practical tools that help you move forward. My goal is to help you build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but there's no pressure to share everything at once. By the end of our session, we'll identify some initial goals and begin creating a plan that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
