Great to meet you!

I’m Sade, a board-certified mental health practitioner with extensive experience in psychiatric care and a specialization in nutritional psychiatry. I believe deeply in the powerful connection between the mind and body, and I use this understanding to guide every aspect of treatment.

My approach is personalized and holistic, thoughtfully incorporating each client’s lifestyle, values, and goals into their care. By blending evidence-based Western psychiatry with complementary and holistic techniques, I treat the whole person, not just symptoms. My goal is to support the body’s natural healing process through a balanced combination of medication and non-medicinal interventions, always keeping your well-being at the center of care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. I aim to blend my behavioral health expertise with your vision for a healthier, more fulfilling life, meeting you where you are and supporting you every step of the way.

I create a safe, supportive space for healing, self-exploration, and growth. Treatment is tailored to your unique needs and may include a thoughtful combination of psychotropic medications, supplements, self-help resources, spiritual counseling (when aligned with your beliefs), and holistic wellness practices. Together, we’ll build a plan that empowers you to achieve and sustain meaningful improvements in your mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

From your very first session, you can expect a personalized and supportive experience. I take time to understand your goals, concerns, and overall well-being so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits you.

Your needs remain the focus throughout our work together. As we move forward, we’ll regularly revisit your goals, celebrate progress, and make thoughtful adjustments to help you continue feeling better, stronger, and more confident in your mental health journey.
