Great to meet you!

I am a Caribbean born therapist who has been helping children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s curveballs for over 15 years (five in psychotherapy practice). I work with clients with or without developmental disabilities, and I specialize in relationships, life changes, pre-marital counseling, and more. I have had to do my own personal work and that is one of the key parts of me being able to help you and extend empathy in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I keep therapy relaxed, approachable, and sometimes even funny—because growth doesn’t have to feel like a lecture nor boring. No cookie cutters here: what we do together is designed specifically for you, your goals, and your life.

If you want therapy that’s practical, personalized, and occasionally makes you laugh, let’s work together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and your goals. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what’s working in your life, and what’s feeling challenging. I’ll ask questions, but this is also your time to ask me anything—about the process.
