Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years, supporting individuals of all ages, from early childhood through older adulthood, as they traverse a wide range of challenges. My experience includes working with clients managing anxiety, ADHD, depression, adjustment difficulties, and general life stressors. I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including private practices, college campuses, a hospital, in-home services, and both outpatient and inpatient programs, which has allowed me to develop a flexible, client-centered approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship by creating a warm, safe, and supportive space where clients can be their authentic selves while processing life’s challenges. I focus on helping clients work through difficult moments and emotions, rather than approaching therapy to eliminate hardships or intense feelings. Drawing from evidence-based practices, including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, I support clients in developing tools to manage emotions, build resilience, and navigate life stressors more effectively.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Together, we will explore and practice psychological skills and tools to help manage intense emotions, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
