Great to meet you!

I am a first-generation South Asian American woman who understands the unique dynamics of growing up in two worlds. As a therapist, I strive to be kind, patient, and understanding to all my clients, regardless of their cultural, religious, and racial identities. My open and compassionate demeanor helps people lower the walls they have built to protect themselves and allows them to share their stories in a warm and non-judgmental environment. In my free time, I love being in nature, hanging out with animals of all kinds (including my two pet cats Whiskers and Pebbles), making art, and karaoke with friends!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tailor my treatment and therapy modality to each individual client. Depending on your needs, I may use one form of treatment or a combination of a few. My approach is evidence-based. Finding which approach works best for you would entail collaboratively discussing the progress, and receiving your feedback every step of the way.

What you can expect from our first session

I am eager to learn more about you, what makes you who you are, and how best to guide you through the struggles you are experiencing. I can help you become a healthier version of yourself and I am committed to providing you a safe, welcoming, and warm environment in your journey.
