I have experience treating a broad range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic disorders, trauma, anger management, stress, relationship challenges, women's issues, and chronic conditions. I also place particular emphasis on the role that cultural identity and personal context play in mental health and wellness, recognizing that no two people's journeys look the same.

My clinical approach draws from Strength-Based therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology — evidence-informed frameworks focused on building resilience, fostering insight, and empowering sustainable change.
