Great to meet you!

You may look capable on the outside while feeling exhausted, stuck, or quietly overwhelmed underneath. Maybe you are carrying the fallout of betrayal, a painful relationship pattern, unresolved trauma, or a major life transition that has left you feeling disconnected from yourself.

I work with adults who want therapy that is compassionate, honest, and actually useful. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I will help you make sense of what is happening, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness.

I have 8 years of clinical experience and work with adults in Utah and Nevada through telehealth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you understand yourself more clearly and create meaningful change in your daily life. I take a trauma-informed, relational, and practical approach, which means we will look at both what you are experiencing now and the deeper patterns that may be shaping it.

Depending on your needs, therapy may include processing painful experiences, strengthening boundaries, untangling relationship dynamics, building emotional regulation skills, or learning how to respond to yourself with more clarity and compassion.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, but I do not believe therapy should feel robotic or overly clinical. Our work will be thoughtful, grounded, and tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down and get a clearer picture of what is bringing you to therapy. I will ask about what has been feeling difficult, what you are hoping will change, and any important context that may help me understand your experience.

You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and with a better sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
