Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults understand and manage ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood changes, and burnout. I provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations and medication management, including stimulant and non-stimulant options when appropriate.

With more than 20 years of experience in primary care and mental health, I understand that mental health concerns rarely exist in isolation. Difficulties with focus, motivation, sleep, mood, or emotional regulation can affect every part of daily life. My goal is to help you understand what is contributing to your symptoms and develop a treatment plan that helps you function and feel better.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and judgment-free. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, goals, and the factors affecting your day-to-day functioning before recommending treatment.

I provide thorough evaluations and evidence-based medication management, while also discussing practical strategies that can support focus, motivation, sleep, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. As a dual-certified nurse practitioner in psychiatry and family practice, I consider the whole person—including physical health, medications, sleep, lifestyle, and mental health—so your treatment plan is personalized and realistic.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know you, understand what you have been experiencing, and identify what may be contributing to your symptoms. We’ll review your history, current concerns, goals, medications, and relevant physical and mental health factors.

If you are seeking an ADHD evaluation, we’ll carefully assess whether ADHD fits your symptoms or whether another condition—or a combination of conditions—may better explain what you are experiencing. By the end of the visit, you can expect clear guidance about next steps and a personalized treatment plan.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and more confident about what comes next.
