Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, with four years of experience. I completed my MA and MEd in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. I work with individuals and couples to navigate career development, relational issues, depression, anxiety, attention deficit, stress, trauma, sexual abuse, challenges with body image, and addiction.
I draw from my diverse identities as an Indian, immigrant, bisexual, and neurodivergent woman in my work as a therapist. Before clinical work, I worked as an educator, coach and program lead at Teach For India, serving under resourced communities. I understand firsthand the complexities of navigating multiple identities and the systems that often fail to support those who are marginalized. I use these insights to connect with clients in a meaningful way, helping them overcome barriers, embrace their full selves, and find strength in their stories
